Braze Away!

So I finally had a day off from the bike shop yesterday and got a lot of building done. I was able to get the main triangle done on Bob Suttons bike and it is coming together nicely. Everything is going together nicely and the silver is flowing smoothly. As I promised here are some photos for your viewing pleasure.

This is a picture of the downtube lug. Its fresh out of the soak tank and cleaned off.

Here is a shot of the same lug. Just showing some of the lug work.

This is the Bottom Bracket Shell with its fresh points.

Now its ready for flux and flames!

Here is the bike all aligned in the jig and ready for the torch.

Fresh from the torch with flux all over it still. This is the seat lug.

And this is the freshly brazed BB shell.

I hope you enjoyed the photos. It's another day at Stinner Frameworks and more progress will be made on this frame. Chainstay and Seat Stays will be added and then the finishing touches. I hope everyone is enjoying the warm weather. It feels like summer is right around the corner. I can't wait.

If you havn't checked these guys out, I highly recommend them.
