Pretty in Pink. NEW!

Howdy Ya'll.

Here are a few new photos from our photo shoot the other night. I hope you all like them. The build turned out great and I can't wait to get feedback on how it handles on the trails. This bike marks the first of many to come. My brazing has been getting exponentially better and my file strokes are a lot smoother. My finish prep has been a million times better too. I have also finally joined forces with an exceptional painter that is making my frames POP. I hope it was worth the wait. Take a look and let me know what you think!

Perry wanted a gun metal gray base and "hot pank" decals.

Pink King hubs and Black Cat dropouts.

Shiny!

This was my first attempt at bi-laminate work. It turned out really nice. I was happy with the look and the added strength it gave the frame. Topped it off with a pink pin stripe

Clear for take off.

Single Speed!

My headbadge.

Pink King BB.

So that is what I have been waiting to show everyone. I will have some more photos of another bike up in a few days. Currently I am trying to get a few CX bikes out the door to paint. Cross season is right around the corner and I am trying to get my team on some bikes. Andrews commuter is also coming a long nicely and should be ready for a fresh coat of paint soon.

This is a song that will always remind me of my last few years of college. Bikes, sunsets, parties, tall cans and cold war kids.

A Taste of Things to Come!

Sorry for the lack of posts recently. Here is a photo to tie you over for a couple of more days. I'm really excited to show off Perry's SS 29er. I hope everyone is enjoying the good weather and riding as much as they can. Cheers!

Tour Time.

Its that time of the year again. Le Tour de France! Its that time of the year when ever cyclist is waking up early to catch the live coverage and sitting in front of the tv for 4 hours until it is done. I guess it's what gets most of us through July. If you havn't watched the Tour on TV before, I highly suggest it. After watching it for a few days, I'm sure you will be addicted, cyclist or not.

A lot has been going on this last week and I promise to update more. I am setting up a flickr so everyone can follow the action via photos. I know everyone loves photos and would like to see what I am doing in the shop. I know when I view other people websites, I thrive on photos. So soon everyone will be able to see more of what I do.

This week we installed a new roof over the shop. If you have ever gone through this process you know two things, its dirty and its loud. So that meant lots of cleaning, covering, dusting and sweeping. That being said, its nice to have a roof that doesn't leak and we can rely on again once winter comes around.

In between working on the roof, I have built a fork for John Jones of Jones Precision wheels. This one was a nice segmented CX fork. I will post pics soon. I have started the prep work on Andrews commuter and it is coming along nicely.

I hope everyone has a good long weekend and gets some good riding in.

I realized my last post for music didn't go through. My bad. Here is one of my favorites. If you have never had a chance to see Datarock live, I highly suggest it. One of the best concerts/ best times you will have! Stinner Frameworks guarantee!
